- Zoom into the map or use the search bar on the top right to find a road.
- Pinpoint on the map where the problem is.
- Complete the "Report a problem" text fields to provide detail on the problem.
Please note that the details you supply in the "Description" and "Location" fields will be displayed on the map and visible to anyone else who reports a problem.
You can enter the reference number of a fault into the search bar to check progress.
You will see locations on the map that have been marked with a yellow traffic cone. This is where the Council has identified work which needs to be undertaken following a routine highway inspection. When the cone is selected details specific to the repair will be visible. This includes the planned completion date for this work. In periods of high demand this completion date may not always be met, however we monitor performance closely and will increase repair gangs as required. More information on our approach can be found here How we prevent potholes | Cambridgeshire County Council.
You can see the status of faults already reported in your area by clicking on the coloured markers. If a fault has already been reported, there's no need to report it again.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to update you on our investigation of the problem.
For more information about how we manage the information you provide, please see our Highways privacy notice webpage.
You will see certain locations within the map have been highlighted and labelled. This is where we have a planned maintenance project due for delivery, you can find out more about the project and when it will be delivered here Capital maintenance programme | Cambridgeshire County Council.
