- Zoom into the map or use the search bar on the top right to find a road.
- Pinpoint on the map where the problem is.
- Complete the "Report a problem" text fields to provide detail on the problem.
Please note that the details you supply in the "Description" and "Location" fields will be displayed on the map and visible to anyone else who reports a problem.
You can enter the reference number of a fault into the search bar to check progress.
You can see the status of faults already reported in your area by clicking on the coloured markers. If a fault has already been reported, there's no need to report it again.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to update you on our investigation of the problem.
